• Login and Role Selection: The author logs into the CloudSDS LMS platform and selects the "Author" role to use the authoring functionalities. 

• Upload Content: Authors can upload source training material in formats like PowerPoint, LibreOffice Impress, Word, PDF, etc. Each slide or page is automatically converted into an image and its text extracted for narration. 

• Design and Edit Content: Using the Designer interface, authors can: 

1. View uploaded presentations and slides. 
2. Add or replace slides, images, videos, and quiz items via drag-and-drop.
